How does shipping & delivery work?

What is Your Returns Policy?
- Easy 30-Day Returns: We want you to love your bag. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
- Please provide a photo of the item prior to shipping for condition assesment.

Bundle Returns: If you return an item from a bundle, the remaining items will be priced at their individual selling price, and a refund will be issued for the difference.
- Example: if you purchased a two bag bundle for $37.99, and return one bag, and the single bag price is $19.99, you will be refunded $18.00.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
